Unable to import to selected group

Despite setting up to import scan output destination to select group, imports from scansnap always go direct to the Global Inbox.

On scanning I am presented with the window allowing me to select the desired group. However, the scanned output always ends up in the Global Index.

This has only happened since upgrading to Devonthink3. Any ideas as to why this might be happening?

This has been reported more than once on the forums.
It is an issue when using the Metadata panel and should be fixed in the next maintenance release.
In the interim you can disable Preferences > OCR > Searchable PDF: Enter metadata after text recognition or just process items from the Global Inbox after scanning.
