Update Problem 1.9a->1.9.1; Files not found

I just updated from DT 1.9a to DT 1.9.1 and most of my documents only showed small icons. When looking at file info I found out that a wrong (old) path was given for the files. When going back to 1.9a links are still corrupt. I used this old path some time ago but then reorganized the folder structure of the original files.
However I’m quite sure that I completely reimported all documents after this restructuring. On the other hand this does no sound logical to me because where should DT get this old path from?

It’s not a good idea to only link to files and then reorganize the folder structure. Better let DEVONthink either copy the file to its Files folder or directly to the databse, so links can never break.
