When I use another app (e.g. PDF Expert, but the same happens using other apps) to open documents from my DTTG database via the “Files” functionality and then make changes to the document in PDF Expert, these changes never appear in DTTG and after a while they even “magically” disappear in PDF Expert.
Could it be that DTTG has sync’ed the document in the background, ignoring my changes in PDF Expert?
