Upgrade not working

I downloaded and installed the last update, but it didn’t indicate it needed MacOs 10.14 and I use El Capitan 10.11.
How can I downgrade to the latest version available for my system?

Thanks a lot. Reinstalled version 3.8.3 and it works fine. Disabled Check for Updates in Preferences/General panel.
