url scheme append without a new line

hi,

is there a way to append text to a markdown note without prefixing a new line?

I am currently using Drafts to issue this URL and while it appends the text at the end of the note, it also inserts a new line before that


x-devonthink://x-callback-url/append?uuid=F2610884-CF8A-42B7-B6AF-33224914541E&text=dj

If this was the original doc

the URL would result in


a
b
c

dj

Any way to avoid this?
