Used licenses on account shows 2 of 2 - have only one computer currently

Sorry if this has been repeated. Searched the forum and didn’t find anything so asking. I have DT installed on one Mac. I used to have it on two but that Mac is no longer useable because of a harddrive crash. Just noticed in the my account section on the website that I still have two licenses in use. Dumb question but is that something I need to worry about if I want to install DT on another Mac? I know its possible to remove a license from within DT and that counter changes. Wasn’t able to do that on the Mac that crashed obviously.



Yes, this would pose a problem as the machine still is registered to that seat.

If you open a support ticket with Sales, we can assist in deactivating the license on the problem machine.
