Using New Scan Feature to create a document summary field

The new Scan feature in DT 3.5 is interesting. I think it can be used to create a document summary in a rich text custom metadata field.

Suppose I set up a smart rule like this. How can I adjust the Change statements to add linefeeds (assuming the field is a rich text field) so the result is more readable?

There’s a line feed placeholder available in the Insert Placeholder submenu.
