Gents, my Mac mini has DT server and a DB. Is it possible to connect to this DB with DT Pro office and use a single DB?
If not, what option would you recommend to use a single DB on several machines?

No you cannot connect multiple machines to one database on a server unless you’re running the Server edition of DEVONthink.
That is covered in Help > Documentation > In & Out > Web sharing, Windows > Web Sharing, and Preferences > Server.
Not using the Served edition, you would use our sync plugin to have the same database on multiple machines (and yes, this is a method we advocate). Syncing is covered in the Help > Documentation > In & Out > Sync, Preferences > Sync, and Troubleshooting > Sync Issues.

No, synchronizing (see Preferences > Sync) both computers should be sufficient as long as you don’t need access via the web interface.
