Using smart rule to assign tags to multiple keywords

If I want to use smart rule to regularly check the existence of n (say 10) keywords for all items in a group and to assign any items with a hit with tag name = matched keyword. Do I need to set up n smart rules for the task without a custom script attached?

Sounds indeed like a job for a script.

Thanks. I think there is an 2016 thread in scripting section re a script called “Stupid Tagger” that’ll do the job. I’ll check it out.
