When I use “Add Chat Suggestions to Documents”, sometimes the generated tags come back capitalized e.g. “Patient Safety” and other times lower case “patient safety”. This creates duplicate tags in the tag tree, with the only difference being the capitalization.
What is interesting is that the generated tags for a specific document with either all be lower case (e.g. patient safety, airway) or each one will have its first letter capitalized (e.g. Patient Safety, Airway).
