Version 2.7.1 - still Memory Leaks..?!

As i downloaded and run 2.7.1, i switched on Hourly Direct Sync with my MacMini.

The active used memory stays “reasonable” with 1,6 GB in use, OK.

But the number of memory swapfiles in /private/var/vm are still growing, i have 25 or more files with 1,1 GB , so nearly 30 GB used, making my SSD run out of space.

These swapfiles are generated at every sync hour, so with every sync i loose 1 GB Diskspace.
To retrieve this space, have to reboot.

What shall i / will you do ?

EDIT : I checked also on the other MacBookPro, and there the problem is even still the same with the active memory : 3,41 GB memory used (instead of 1,1 GB on the other MBP for exactly the same database)

This will take longer to fix than a couple of days.

Fear not :slight_smile: I’ve actually found a couple of small fixes that seem to be having large effects. This might be sooner rather than later (once I’m sure I’m not introducing crashes :confused: ).
