I would like to see, somewhere, information about what has changed in DT when I download a new version.

I recently downloaded DTP V1.3. There was no readme file or information anywhere about what had changed from my previous version 1.2.1. Now today I downloaded 1.3.1, and I have no idea what is different, if I need this version or if I can continue using 1.3.

So, a readme file, or a release notes on the website, or some other alternative would be welcomed.
