View option missing in DT3 vs2?

I’m a recent upgrade to DT3 and cannot seem to find a way to display the following document view. In DT2ProOffice I could select a pdf file and it would display in a pane with a separate pane of thumbnails of the sequential pages. In that view I could delete pages, reorder pages, add pages, etc. In DT3 I cannot seem to find such a view and have to open the document externally to accomplish the task.

Does this view exist in DT3Pro? Thank you.
