I am working with thousands of PDFs in DTPO. Here’s my plan for taking notes: I would like to create an RTF document for each folder, on which I will take notes on all PDFs in that folder. To do this, I’d like to have a single view in which I can see and work in the open RTF document, while also reading one of the PDFs (I only need to see one PDF at a time). Is it possible to view the RTF document and a PDF–both docs in the DVTO database–in a single view? Thanks…Shirley
If “single view” means the same window, the answer is no. But, you can open the two docs in separate windows and arrange them side by side. I keep the “Open Current Selection” icon in the toolbar for this purpose - it opens the document in its own window.
