I’ve been viewing PDFs using 2 pane view and I was wondering if there is a way to set a defaul zoom % so that I don’t have to zoom in each time I select a new pdf.

I second this. I would like to have PDF windows automatically open to full screen height, with the PDF set to fit inside that window.
I imagine others would have their own particular preferences. Being able to set a personal preference on this would reduce a lot of annoyance.
