I saved a web archive on DTPersonal, made some highlights. On DTTG, I can see the highlights, but I can’t make highlights. Am I missing something simple?
Yes. DEVONthink to Go does not support annotations for WebArchives.

The reason is simply that the WebKit engine on iOS is far more limited than on the Mac and does not allow e.g. editing web archives (which is also the reason why the formatted notes editor is not as capable as its Mac counterpart).
