Is there anyway to make DT Web Archives viewable in “quick look”/cover flow?
Maybe this is written somewhere–I did search for it, but couldn’t find it, except another post about the same problem which had no reply.

Not unless/until Apple does that.
There are third-party plugins for Quick Look to display web archives (see qlplugins.com/browse/) but they’re not compatible to Safari 4.0.
Thanks. I downloaded and tried it just in case, but as you said, it doesn’t work with the current version of Safari. Hopefully, someone will fix that!
Version 1.0.1 of the FJNWebArchive Quick Look plug-in is compatible with Safari 4; get it here:
WebArchive Quick Look Plug-in Peoject Top Page - SourceForge.JP
As WebArchive is Apple’s own file format, I wish they would provide and maintain the display plugin, as third-party plugins may break every time Apple modifies Safari/WebKit code.
Got the new version and it does work for “quick look”. But I still get the “archive” image in coverflow rather than a glimpse of the actual file, which is a major bummer (and what I was really looking for).
But it helps a little, I guess.
And I agree, Apple should take responsibility for this!
