Web to PDF on SSL VPN

I use a SSL VPN with a soft token for access to a number of my company’s resources. I can save bookmarks, text and selections with the DTPO bookmarklets in this environment but when I try to save with the PDF options, I get a PDF of the token authentication page. The same thing happens with Instapaper bookmarklets, not sure if that is related.

Is this expected behavior or is there a way to pass or enter the token as part of the saving process? Is it possible to open the DTPO browser alone and start the session from there so the DTPO app itself has a fresh token. In Firefox, Chrome and Safari I just have to enter the token once and it lasts for a while for most resources.

Thanks,
Henry
