Hello

Is it right that I can only import a website in DT but not store the website as document.
So I cannot read the website when I don’t have access to www.
Is there a way to change the index of website to a PDF or HTML ?

If you’re using the DEVONthink browser extension, you could import as PDF. Or, you could convert HTML files to RTF (Data > Convert > to Rich Text).
