What are the default OCR settings for DT Office?

I was having problems with low-quality output on OCR scans of PDFs. In an attempt to improve the output, I changed the default OCR settings up to 300DPI and 100% quality. The end result was: the same faded-gray look, with no improvement in quality but nearly double the file-size.

Being stupid I didn’t note down the original settings and there is no “reset to defaults” button for that pane.

Please what is the default OCR setting on Devonthink Pro Office? I think it was Resolution 150dpi Quality: 75% ? Is this correct?

As I recall, 150 dpi, 50% image quality.

I’m currently using 75% image quality.

I can confirm those are the defaults because I haven’t adjusted mine (yet) and have a screenshot backup of the original OCR Preferences tab for possible reference purposes.

Thank you both for taking the time to reply to me! Would have been a pain to have to reset my prefs file and lose everything else I did just trying to get back to where it was!
