What do I do re this notice: Verification

When I open one of my databases, it always give me this message:

Verification: General Information
Found 0 inconsistencies, 0 invalid filenames, 1 missing and 0 orphaned files.
The two actions I can select are Ignore or Repair

If I select Repair, it returns this message:
Repair failed, 1 errors left, with an OK button

Is there some other action I should be taking on this?

Yes, you need to tend to the missing file as noted in Help > Documentation > Troubleshooting > Repairing a defective database > MIssing files.
