What is the new personal wiki?

DT4 lists personal wiki as a new feature but I am having trouble finding anything about this in the beta or online

It’s not a new feature. DEVONthink has supported WikiLinking for a very long time. However, there have been improvements to some of the linking behavior in version 4.
