Where can I find DT crash logs (.ips files) ?

Found those files:
Cannot access “Report bug”. DT immediately crashes on startup.
I plan to completely uninstall DT and then manually import “Files.noindex” items Folder.
Another suggestion ?
Reinstallation is not an early troubleshooting step.

From where? It’s not advocated to mess about in the internals of a database.
Start a support ticket and send along the log and we’ll see what’s reported.
