Where can I find DT crash logs (.ips files) ?

    • If so, hold the Option key and choose Help > Report Bug.

Found those files:
/Users/xxx/Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports/DEVONthink 3-2022-11-06-093648.ips

Cannot access “Report bug”. DT immediately crashes on startup.
I plan to completely uninstall DT and then manually import “Files.noindex” items Folder.
Another suggestion ?

Reinstallation is not an early troubleshooting step.

From where? It’s not advocated to mess about in the internals of a database.

Start a support ticket and send along the log and we’ll see what’s reported.
