Why can't I duplicate folder?

I’m attempting to duplicate a folder and its contents, but am having no success. I tried using contextual menu and dragging while holding option, but doesn’t work. Any help would be appreciated.

What is reported in Window > Log?

It says “Failed” next to one of the docs in the folder.

Are you able to verify your database successfully?

When I click “Verify and Repair Database,” I get window that says there are 29 missing files. I have choice to “ignore” or “repair.” If I click Repair, I get window that says “Repair Failed.”

your next step, if of course you have not already done so, is to read the section in the manual on missing files.
