Wondering why I’ve now been asked by the app for registration/license info 3x since upgrading to 3.6.3? Plus another instance when it apparently deleted a valid registration on my laptop, and replaced it with a phantom installation which preventing me from using the app at all on the laptop until after the weekend.
I’ve not actually come across anybody reporting this happening multiple times (or recently at all). IIRC you had a ticket open which initially solved your problem. If it turns out your problem isn’t solved after all, it’s probably worth returning to that ticket (if possible, or opening a new one referencing the previous one if not).
