Wikilinks in DEVONthink To Go are inconsistent with the Mac Wikilinks

I am getting confused by how the implementation of wikilinks work differs from that of the Mac version. As far as I can tell I have exactly the same settings for both, but some words in DTTG are links and some are not, even though ALL of them work in the Mac version. Can anyone shed some light on this or should I submit a bug report?

Couldn’t reproduce the behaviour in a new test database.
