Workflow/File Global Inbox -> Database

Hi, new DT user here.

I am struggling with the concept of Global Inbox and Databases – how do i file an item to a group in a database (with the flyout menu)? The context menu only shows the groups of the Global Inbox.

Are you running Personal or Pro / Pro Office?

Sorry, didn’t´t mention: I run Pro Office.

So you don’t even see the Inbox of another database with the Move / Duplicate To options in the context menu?

Yes, i do :slight_smile:
But the whole point of using DT for me is to have assistance in filing things (CTL+S), this should work across Databases. Or is there another workflow for this?

Item in Global Inbox -> predictive file to database/group.
