Working with an assistant?

I will–hopefully–be getting an administrative assistant in the near future. I would like him to be able to import information for me into my DTPro library. Primarily, he will be importing PDFs/scanning articles and adding comments to them, so I can later find them when preparing syllabi, etc.

Finding common space on a network server should not be a problem.

Is this something that will be easy to do or challenging? If the second, any suggestions on how to best do it?

It’s easy as long as you’re not trying to use the database concurrently. Just store the database on a server.

But if you’re going to work concurrently, then the easiest solution might be that the assistant saves the documents in a folder and this folder could be indexed/imported and synchronized afterwards.
