Is the capture right? The number says 7, but there are a lot of more. What I’m missing?

Indeed! And if you had only one document in your database and it had 50 tags applied (though we definitely don’t recommend that!), it would still only show 1.

It seems each document has no more than 5, AI generated by DT itself when importing or manually by menu. You see so little documents because it is the Global Inbox, and it is a temporary repository to be sent to the right place.
What I’m doing now, once I have stable databases (I’ve been messing a lot with all of them), is regenerate the tags via my local AI and not export to Finder.
