X symbol next to Global inbox

Hi, please could you tell me what this ‘X’ symbol next to the Global Inbox means (picture attached) and what i need to do to get rid of it.

It means there’s a permissions problem with it. Do a Tools > Rebuild Database on it.

Also, why do you have ~65,000 items in your Global Inbox? Are you not creating separate databases??

Thanks v much that’s resolved it. I had both Evernote and Email folders in the Global Inbox which accounts for the 65k items. I’ve now moved them out of Global into individual databases and now have 124 items remaining in the Global Inbox :slight_smile:
