XMenu Dockling option?

I like XMenu but I don’t think it makes sense for it to be in the standard menu bar.  It would make sense back in Classic Mac OS days, but not in the modern days of Mac OS X.  It just seems out of place up there.  Instead, I think it would make sense as a dockling so that I can use it as a menu but from the dock.

I do realize that I can add my applications folder to the dock but it takes too long to load.  It’s due to the application icons no doubt.

I think I’ve seen such solutions already at VersionTracker. But I’m not sure as I don’t download any Dock extension - personally I don’t like docklings and only add favorite applications and drag 'n drop applications to the Dock (have been using XMenu for almost three years now :slight_smile:)
