I really like viewing PDF’s in DT Pro, because of the full screen mode. However, the one thing I miss sorely is the Find drawer that pops up when you search for a word in Preview. Being able to see the page number of each hit – and the partial line showing the context of the hit – is absolutely invaluable for scanning the 1000+ page PDFs that I have. Especially when some searches will produce hundreds of hits, but it’s obvious from the Results drawer than only a few are valid.
This could even be extended to non-PDFs by showing the line number instead of the page number.
