A small tip for 1Password users regarding DT sync

Remember to not store your DT iCloud sync encryption key as a Secure Note.

Instead, use a Login type of record in 1Password. If your password contains asterisks, it will be converted/gets copied as italic text and sync won’t work with the error “Invalid encryption key”.

Or untick the box “Format Secure Notes as Markdown” in the settings of 1Password.
