I actually don’t personally use Arq here. Our company president, @eboehnisch, does.
Hard to tell as that is something you need to answer for yourself. I am using Arq to Amazon S3 as well as Carbon Copy Cloner to an external hard drive. A Synology with redundant drives is my personal archive.
