I tried to access my account to review the status of my licenses, etc. and when I click the account button from the license sheet within DevonThink, I keep getting a notice that my account is not found. This is odd because I have had an account for years! Any ideas?
Did you use the right email address (e.g. private one instead of professional one)?
@cgrunenberg thanks for replying. Of course. I used the same email and password I’ve always used. In fact, it’s saved in my icloud and auto-populates.
