Activate License DT4

Yesterday I bought a license to switch from DT3 to DT4. The activation does not work and the message “Could not connect to the server” appears and the button “Buy now -30 days left” remains. What to do?

Does it work after rebooting? If not, is DEVONthink installed in the Applications folder and its network traffic not blocked by macOS’ firewall (see system settings) or a third-party tool like LittleSnitch?

I’ve tried everything but the recording doesn’t activate and the message keeps sending“ Could not connect to the Server” :weary_face:

Please send the file ~/Library/Application Support/DEVONthink/Console.log to cgrunenberg - at - devon-technologies.com

Maybe a certificate issue?
