Activate license in DTP4b > "The operation couldn’t be completed. Cannot allocate memory"

What’s this? I tried to activate my license in DTP4b, and it says, " The operation couldn’t be completed. Cannot allocate memory" What’s that mean?

I did that because some features I want to use – e.g, transcription – are marked with a blue star and don’t work. I thought “activating” might fix it.

No, that is not going to work unless you have a Pro or Server license.
