Active links in markdown edit mode - toggle-able?

I have recently added links to other DT docs in my daily journals.(receipts, concert tickets etc)
As I journal mostly from an iPhone and have a posse of Shortcuts that make short work of all this, I have grown accustomed to some of the quirks of Apple’s interface and my own limitations.
One thing that’s been nagging me recently is that, in markdown edit mode, the link to a DT doc like so: [file name](x-devonthink-item://yaddayaddayadda)
the second part, the actual link, is active and will take you to the doc if you touch it. I can see how this is useful in some contexts but when you’re editing in Markdown on a phone it would be nice to be able to turn this function off so that stray touches while trying to place the cursor don’t take you out of the file you’re editing. There’s nothing for this in the Markdown editing settings in DTTG.

BTW, I am assuming that once I’ve hit submit on this post, the answer will reveal itself to me before anyone answers. Either way, I’ll get an answer…

I don’t recall any such other requests, but mobile development would have to assess this.
