Activity, Download Manager and Log windows

It has always struck me as inconsistent that if you open all three of the windows above, then close DT3 down and restart it, only the Download Manager window is automatically reinitialised.

I usualy work with the Activity and Log windows open so it would be a improvement if all three windows could be selected (or not selected) to open automatically in DT3 Preferences.

The Log window should be automatically opened (if the option is not disabled) as soon as necessary.
