As I previously mentioned, I scan in a lot of docs. I think that DevonThink Pro Office’s default behavior of dropping the scanned doc into the selected folder is as good a default as you are going to find, but I find myself craving the ‘Classify’ button on the incoming scan dialog, so I can simply get the helpful ‘Autoclassify’ list of where DevonThink Pro Office thinks it should go and choose the one I want and click ‘Move To’.
