Add program to Open With list

I write my notes in Markdown and sometimes would like to open .md files in Taskpaper (not as standard application) and although I can do this via Open with > Other… I would like to have TaskPaper in the list of available applications and be able to call up the menu with Menu Search in Alfred (or alternatively Palletro).

I suspect it would have something to do with Launch Services and not DTP but I don’t want to break anything hence I hope someone might have a straight forward solution who had a similar issue

I also use Alfred for that from within DT. It already works out of the box with Universal Action in Alfred - no clicking needed at all.

If you wanted you could build a custom universal action which would directly open the file in the app of you choice (would save you a couple of letters you need to type in universal action search bar)
