Hi Folks:
On occasion, when trying to add a url to the download manager, the URL is refused. Oftentimes, this is a URL which I have previously added with success. Why does this happen?

Because it’s not set to overwrite files.
See the Options in the Download Manager.
Also, if it’s enabled, uncheck and check it again.
