adding comment to a URL entry

I have placed a URL in an Inbox. the website page at that URL contains a lengthy video. I would like to have a way to add information to the video so that I can recall that a particular topic is mentioned at the 15 minute mark in the video.

is it possible to make annotations of some sort that will pertain to that particular URL in my Inbox?

You could e.g. add a Spotlight comment, see Info panel.

You could use Data > New from Template > Annotation to add notes like this.
