Using the DT Safari extension I have added some links and files to DTOP. I notice that before they are added a dialog appears which allows selection (or creation) of group to add to and manner in which item will be saved. There is also a large "notes’ box which is handy for recording the provenance of the saved item and purpose for saving. How does DEVONthink treat what’s entered here and how can this box be accessed once it’s inside DT? Thanks.
Adding a note to bookmarks, html documents, web archives, etc., is added to the Safari Spotlight comments of the file, visible by showing info for the document. If you are using the Safari extension to create plain or rich text, then the note becomes the content of the document.
