BlueFrog answered a similar problem here. It is an Apple issue though obviously. I saw some solutions online that suggested terminal commands and frankly, I don’t go there! I would if I had an expert to guide me and have done before with Apple help. Go to Apple support pages there is stuff there on the issue. However I don’t understand what causes the problem in the first place and you need someone here who does.
