Is there an article possibly in the forum, or any documentation other than the DEVONthink tutorials in DEVONacademy that explain when it is best to use Archive as opposed to Bookmark, and when it is best to use Bookmark as opposed to Archive? Also, is “Link” equivalent to Bookmark?
I’m sure Bill DeVille has commented more than once on different reasons for saving DT items different ways. Tricky part is finding specific info among his many prolific forum postings. Encourage him to write off-forum articles so his valuable contributions can be easily referenced and more accessible instead of remaining trapped here.
