Is there any way of “archiving” a group?
For example: I have a DB for managing all the documents related with my company. Naturally I will create a group inside this DB for each ongoing project for storing documents related with that given project.
Now, when this project is terminated, I would like to “archive” this group, since is not an ongoing project anymore, I don’t want it to clutter my B structure but I would like to keep this materials for further reference.
Is there a way to archive a group? if not how are you guys implementing this in DT or in your workflow?
