Attached files in e-mails

Hello, I am new to this app.
When I receive an email with an attached document, how do I directly save this document in DT?

Here are two ways, with the first being the simplest…

  • Drag and drop the attachment into DEVONthink.
  • You can select the email in Apple Mail, then choose Add attachments to DEVONthink from the global script menu in the menubar at the top of your screen.

Note: DEVONthink should be given Full Disk Access in System Preferences > Security & Privacy > Privacy. Also allow any Automation requests DEVONthink makes.
