I just downloaded the newest version of DT and tried an auto group of about 100 PDF items. I got the normal “comparing text” message" followed by “comparing images” which I have never seen before. After that, nothing happened for at least 10 minutes and clicking on the X in the dialog box would not stop the “comparing images” forcing me to quit DT.
The result is that auto group is not working for me and this is preventing me from using DT as I rely heavily on these feature.
So far I couldn’t reproduce this over here. Are you able to reproduce it? Has been anything logged to the system console (see /Applications/Utilities/Console.app) or could you send the documents to cgrunenberg - at - devon-technologies.com? Then I might be able to reproduce this, thanks in advance!
