I have a workflow where I use certain services (dropbox, Box, Synology Cloud Station) that keep certain data synced. There are some folders within those services that I also have indexed within Devonthink.
The problem is that when I need to search something within Devonthink, I tend to forget which Devonthink files have indexes that need to be updated and which don’t.
Since there is so much technology and infrastructure already available, would it be possible for Devonthink to have something like the sorter running in the background that detects when a file has been changed within the indexed folders and update the devonthink indexed files automatically? That would improve my workflow considerably and make Devonthink even more useful.
